Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You get full access to your chosen plan for 30 days — no credit card, no commitment. After the trial you simply start paying for that plan (or switch to another); if you decide not to continue, your account is closed in line with our Terms of Service.
What counts as a user account?
Every staff member who signs in to Fiolo — owners, rehabilitators, receptionists. You can deactivate accounts of former employees at any time and reuse their seat.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move to a bigger or smaller plan whenever your team changes; the new price applies from the next billing period.
How do I pay after the trial?
Monthly or annually, by card or bank transfer. During the open beta we set up billing personally with every clinic.
Is my clinic's data safe?
Yes. Your data is hosted in the European Economic Area, backed up at least every 24 hours, and every change is tracked in an audit log. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) with every clinic.
Do you help with moving from my current tools?
Yes — during the open beta we help every clinic move their calendar and patient records into Fiolo, free of charge.
